His journey in the waste management industry began as a driver, and through hard work and commitment, he advanced to senior leadership roles at two of the largest companies in the sector—Waste Management and Republic Services, Inc. At Republic Services, Michael served as the Senior Routing Manager, where he led the development and oversight of the company's routing processes, ensuring efficiency and excellence. Before this, Mike held a variety of operations-focused roles, further honing his expertise and passion for optimizing systems and processes. His deep-rooted enthusiasm for routing and operational strategy continues to drive his commitment to excellence in the industry.
